Born
July 25, 1936 in Madrid, Spain, professed on August
15, 1955. He had Licentiate Degrees in Canon Law
and Moral Theology. He was elected Consultor General
at the 1973 General Chapter and Vicar General
at the 1979 General Chapter. He was elected Superior
General at the 1985 General Chapter and re-elected
at the 1991 General Chapter.
